Audigy SE = X-Fi Xtreme Audio

The Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio isn't really an X-Fi card at all but rather an Audigy with drivers that emulate X-Fi.

I just found these drivers to enable the X-Fi crystalizer for an Audigy SE. Emulation yes, but it does improve sound quality. Obviously the Xtreme Audio card has a few different components so SNR, etc. will not be the same but it improves an already decent sounding card.

I'd recommend the Audigy 2 ZS over this. This one probably sounds good being an Audigy instead of an X-Fi, but it sounds like it's probably one of the lower-end models.

They've also done the same for the mainstream Audigy cards, no?
