My Audigy 2 has 3 output ports for the 7.1 surround sound and stuff. I don't have any type of surround sound equipment, but I do enjoy plugging my speakers into one, and my headphones in another, and putting it on 4.1 surround sound. This way, when I need to be quiet, I can just turn down the speakers and put on my headphones.
The issue comes with games which try to utilize the surround sound, and me not being able to hear anything. Its a real issue.
Are there any types of tweaks, registry or regular software, that I can use to combat this? It is just a normal Audigy 2, not ZS or whatever crazy combinations they have.
