They had the commercials with sales guy Chad talking up My Circle, making fun of the other companies' sales guys. Including Verizon, who bought them...

• Verizon Wireless closes merger on January 9.
• AT&T announces acquisition of 79 of the 105 divested markets.
• Atlantic Tele-Network announces acquisition of the remaining 26 divested markets.

I hate how a company can be bought by other companies 17 separate times.
