You'll end up paying about the same with tax from CompUSA. And the 9800 Pro doesn't come with half-life 2, only the 9800XT.

The only things you may want to consider are rebates and warranty (3 years vs. 1 year).

EDIT: The CompUSA deal was only for last week. the price is back upt to $300 now.
