Hey all, I'm considering getting this:

With the "Pay as you go unlimited talk". My question: With that, would i be able to have with my mobile to mobile minutes, would i be able to talk to people who have Verizon, etc?
Or are those ONLY for AT&T phones?
I don't want a monthly fee, as my parent's won't pay it, and I couldn't afford to keep up with it.
