Hey guys, I just have a simple question. AT&T has been upgrading their network from 3.6 to 7.2Mbps HSPA and eventually to 21Mbps HPSA. Are all smartphones automatically compatible with these new networks? Or are they stuck with the network they were designed for like when you compare the speeds of iphone 3G and iphone 3GS?
