So last night I walked away from my computer to get ready for bed when I hear it doing the normal shut down. Didn't think much think oh windows must of updated. I come back 10 min later and computer just keeps rebooting during post. I tried going into the bios and it just rebooted again. Temps looked fine from what I saw for the moment it was up. After that it would turn on and but wouldn't post anymore. I left it for the night there.

Well today I swapped out the GPU PSU and memory. I stripped it down to nothing and still no post. All the fans spin up and lights flash but nothing more. I'm thinking it is either the MB or CPU. Any ideas.

After testing a few more things the LED lights say I have a boot device error

Did you happen to have USB devices plugged in at the time?

This just happened to me the other day on a Gigabyte Z68 board. I shorted the CMOS pins and it booted right up. I'm kind of assuming you did that already though.
