Have anyone tried to clear the cmos on a Asus vivomini PC? I have been so smart and disabled all the USB ports on my new device in order to save power. Afterwards I can't enter the bios again because no keyboard is detected.

I have contacted Asus support and they tell me it has to be sent to repair and is not under warranty. So it's nice that they haven't thought about you could brick device in bios. Should at least be a jumper to reset the device to factory.

Anyways. I suggested that I myself could disassemble and pull the battery to clear it but they told me this doesn't work. Should I believe them?

Do anyone have other ideas / experiences that I can use without using their support?

Okay pulling the battery for a couple of minutes worked fine. Not sure why ASUS told me it didn't work.
