Ok here's the deal. I intended to give the new 780a Phenom boards a try (currently on a Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-DS6 board) so I ordered this:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131292
and here is what arrived:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131293
Now, I've been a die hard AMD fan, but intended to build (probably anyways) a Naheelem system next year. I am, however, somewhat torn. I'm seriously considering keeping this board and building a nice Intel quad system and putting the Phenom system in my media server (folding of course). The problem is, I know nothing about this board. I've read a few reviews around the web and the reviewers seem to like it. Anyone have any input? I know there were some problems with the 680i chipsets. It is an expensive MB, but I only paid 280 bucks for it. I'm thinking of grabbing a q9300 or a q9450 along with some corsair DDR3-1333 or 1600.
Help always appreciated
