ASUS RGB Lighting Service prevents idle clocks

The LightingService for the RGB accessories constantly takes up 1-1.5% CPU and prevents my R3800X from downclocking to its lowest points, around 600-700MHz according to Ryzen Master.

Of course I like the effects, is this the penalty price?

Do you need it running as a service? Once you set it to desired config, you can actually uninstall or disable it.
