Haven't checked all the version numbers but for the TUF models it's version 2802:

2020/10/23 19.86 MBytes
TUF GAMING X570-PLUS BIOS 2802
"1. Updated AMD AM4 AGESA V2 PI 1.1.0.0 Patch B
2. Improve system performance and stability
3. Improved DRAM compatibility"

will also support all upcoming 5000 series cpu's

Personally i will be clearing cmos/bios to stock settings before upgrading. just to be safe. When i finally get around to it i will let you know how it goes.
Also if anyone else updates let us know how it goes for you! Happy Flashing everyone!

ROG CROSSHAIR VIII HERO (WI-FI) BIOS 2311

Version 2311 2020/10/2020.11 MBytes

"1. Updated AMD AM4 AGESA V2 PI 1.1.0.0 PatchB
2. Improve system performance and stability
3. Improved DRAM compatibility
4. Fixed keyboard device issue

I always set optimized defaults before updating bios and use 'Asus EZ Flash' from bios to update.
Updated from 2206 (I gained 50MHz stable OC with this one)
So far so good no issues.
Old OC appears stable.
No hard testing as yet
I will report back if unstable or if additional headroom is found.

Yeah, I do that everytime, so everything is set to default.

ROG CROSSHAIR VIII IMPACT BIOS 2702

My system is rebooting constantly, stuck in a boot loop.

Crying at the moment.
