Seems interesting. I wonder if it's going to be using the same panel as the P2715Q from Dell ? The specs are slighty different.

It's supposed to be out mid-december in Taiwan, Asia Pacific, and Europe. No word yet on when it will be available for the US

I bought one and tried it. The Acer 32" is a great monitor, but UHD was a bit too much for my video cards to handle without g-sync, so I'm sending it back.

I'm not sure why you'd want 28" UHD over 32", and the Acer is available right now for <$900.

I tend to prefer bigger monitor at higher resolution. 4k with 27 inch is just too small IMO

It's January and I don't see this monitor yet. As some other posters have pointed out, the Acer is tempting, but for some uses, 27-28" is a better options (limited desktop space, higher DPI needs, etc.) Still interested in seeing reviews and what the street price on this ends up being.

Needs freesync or gsync for a 27" to be worth a $799 price tag when 32" Benq is just $899.
