The P8Z77-V Deluxe is an ATX size mobo where as this is a Mini ITX mobo. It's much much smaller and a very promising mobo for a Mini ITX based tiny gaming PC.

Ouch! There better not be any issues with it at that price. Let's hope some competition comes in to lower prices quickly. Particularly painful as 1155 will be obsolete next year when Haswell appears.

The $229 is the real price. Don't let them fool into thinking you are getting a deal. Personally, I'd wait for reviews but if you are wanting to be one of the early testers go for it.

Well, to be fair it is:
a) bleeding edge tech
b) from Asus
c) the Deluxe version

So it's not suprising that the board is pricey. They'll have competition soon enough (ASRock, EVGA, etc.) although most people won't want to wait. I'd like to see some decent reviews with the newer processors versus the 2500K/2600K.

And I'm not even considering Zotac as "real" competition. I'd sooner get the Intel Z77 ITX board.
