Asus P8P67 WS Revolution and Zalman 9500A LED

Decided to take a chance on this and see if it fits or not. I've seen some photos of some pretty tight configs, especially when you are using all your memory slots.

I'll try to post some pics if it fits.

I might have to wait until I have the product in hand.

On New Eggs site it lists the following:


Heatsink Dimensions 85 x 112 x 125mm

Says it uses a 92mm fan as well, but I also hope the brackets fit. The Revolution has those capacitors located way too close to the socket IMO.

On Zalman's site, it says the newer hardware version of this cooler comes with lga1155 mounting hardware.

Just got all the parts.

Unfortunately, this combo doesn't work.

The WS onboard heatsinks are in the way. :(

There might be a custom part that would make it work though.

I kinda suspected this going in though.
