i updated BIOS to latest version(1104)...and still when power up PC it goes ON then OFF and then ON again then works fine... i have ASUS P8P67 LE motherboard and Intel i5 2500k 3.30GHz proc...tell me whats wrong pls ? :S
Just wanted to say that enable "power on by PCI-E" solved the cold start issue.
I actually updated the bios first and was still having this problem, I thought I had a faulty board, but that couldn't be the case because I can turn the system on after switching off then on on the PSU kill switch.
SO even after bios update 2103 it doesn't fix the problem, just enable power on by PCI-E, like it says in beginning of this thread.
