Hey..
I solved my problems on two ways...
1) With using my "old" Kingston Value RAM I increased the DRAM Voltage just al little bit (1,52XX).
Every other setting is left on AUTO.
It ran for 72 hours without ANY problem.
2) I switched the RAM to the ADATA ones from the QVL. I have to say: PERFECT!
Clear CMOS - Switch to XMP Profile and every Cx-Setting to Enable.. No Problem for 50 hours and counting..
My advise is to habe a closer look at your memory configuration!
