Asus P5W DH Deluxe and Conroe E6700 (ES) won't boot up?

I just setup my Asus P5W DH Deluxe and Conroe E6700 (ES) B1 Stepping.

The system won't boot up.

I am wondering if it is my XFX Geforce 7950GX2 XXX Edition causing the problem or does the motherboard bios not detect an ES E6700?

Any thoughts or suggestions that can help me boot up the system? I don't have a spare display card so I can't test to see if it is the Geforce 7950GX2 XXX Edition causing the problem or not.
 
Damn I don't have another CPU to flash the bios.

I will have to go back to the shop tomorrow and ask them to use their testing CPU on this motherboard and flash the bios for me.
 
Amazing a board highly anticipated because it has conroe support doesn't ship with a bios that will accept conroe. At least that's what I saw over at XS.

Yes it is annoying. But what to do, we pay the price for upgrading early. Conroe is not even released yet. Another 23 days to go.
