ASUS P5K and OCZ RAM - Compatible?

I want to update my RAM to 4GB (yes, I will upgrade to Vista 64, later). I saw a great deal on OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) at New Egg and I bit (it is on the way).

Now I am having second thoughts because I am not sure this RAM will play nice with my MOBO. I have researched it, but haven't found anything definitive.

Will this RAM likely give me greif or will it be OK with my MOBO? If so, please suggest the most stable RAM for my system. In that case, I will RMA the OCZ.

The manual has a list of compatible RAM, but it is horribly outdated.....

well since it's already coming might as well wait and test out the water. I've read that the G skill Pi OC decently.
