ASUS M2N-E or MSI K9N Platinum?

Anyone know the answer to this question?

They are both about the same price, so the question is, which is the more stable and overclockable board?

If anyone is gonna suggest another board, please remember that I do require that Coaxial SPDIF out.
 
I heard that the M2N-E wasnt that great of a overclocker. And I think someone on the board oced pretty well with that MSI board. I think they took a 3500+ up to 2.8ghz.
