After some problems with Windows XP. I reinstalled Windows and got the latest Nforce drivers from Nvidia. I found now after getting everything setup. Even with the Speech post reporter disabled in the CMOS. I hear "Cpu is not installed" constantly. I know from talking to people the Speech post reporter is very buggy. But i want that thing to be turned off. It's Annoying. I can work on the machine great and the Cpu temp is fine. Can anybody help?

A few questions for you.
1. What revision? 2.0 or less?
2. What bios version and have you tried flashing the bios to another version?

I would try flashing it to the most recent update and then if it still happens I would call Asus support.

You know what is strange. The non-obvious thing is to enable the post reporter. Worked!

I enabled the thing and it stopped the reporter from repeating? I have just been shocked yet again with computers.... Strange man just Strange?????????

Never mind found it. You can use the Voice Writer and erase that crap. Disabling it didn't work for me, neither did a BIOS update.
