ASRock Dying (USB Ports) (HELP!)

Okay,

so I plug anything into my USB 3.0/2.0 ports on my

and it does not function properly. A keyboard will no register keys typing, my audio headphones are fuzzy, etc..

I sent a message to ASRock support for an RMA. Should I consider getting a new board, while waiting for my RMA, if I even get an RMA?

If so, what board would be good?

Processor: i5 2500k
RAM: 16GB DDR3 Vengence
VCard: 580GTX

Did you tried the mobo outside of the case, I had a similar issue when it was a short or something around the I/O shield (user error).
