Hi all,

My PC is placed in a large enough room, but without air conditioning.
Room temperature is about 86 Fahrenheit.

In order to make air inside the case cooler, I'm going to add two 8cm fans, mounted on the side case cover.

But I'm still wondering, which option is better, whether it should be intake or outtake?

Here's the interior:

And here the 2 additional fans will be:

Any suggestion appreciated.
Thanks in advance~

Most side case fans are GPU oriented and are intake meant to help cool modern GPU's and components. I thought mine was outtake for the longest time before I actually researched my cases fan when it died. I don't know if this helps, but when the fan died I noticed my GPU temps rising 10-15C doing the same folding@home workload and my CPU temps went up a few degrees both idle/load, so it does help, but then again mine is a 230mm.

Also don't know why they ever made 230mm abstract fans since you can't replace them for crap compared to 220 and 240.

Go for the intake if you have the space for it.
