I've never gone water in the past but I have 3 of these cards and I think I'm now seeing that it was a bad idea to buy cards without the blowers exhausting out the back.

Are there blocks out there that will properly fit these cards?

For reference: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162105

The rest of the rig as of right now(though I'm open to change and not too incredibly worried about cost ***within reason because I know where I'm posting***)

3570k
Corsair H100 with one dead fan (ugh)
16GB of GSkill RipjawX 1866
Soundblaster Titanium HD
Corsair AX1200
Vertex 3 240GB
inside a Cooler Master HAF 932 that I'm not real crazy about but it did the job with my last rig. 200mm in front and on side, 120 on the back, and the H100 up top.1

check frozencpu and performancepcs if you cant find them there check aquatech. all have phone numbers. there all very help full for those hard to find items!!

You would have to get a block specifically designed for that card, as it does not use the reference layout. If you can't find one that says it's specifically for Galaxy non-reference GTX 680 cards, then you're out of luck.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give them a try and check back in.
