I am curious if anyone knows of any transcoding software packages that support SLI 1080ti?

Sure I can run my threadripper all day and night doing conversions at better quality in Handbrake but I would be curious if my 2x 1080ti's would be a viable option as well.
 
nvenc. It's supported by many applications. Also way faster than Cuda encoders, and similar quality.

Mediacoder. After a while you'll get the hang of the ratios and you can spit out encodes stupid fast while keeping the QL ratio to your liking. Pure cpu is always better QL wise, but the sheer speed with the gpus is insane. Mediacoder is not cheap though.
