Are the rumors about the 2x4 pin connectors on the R600 true?

If so, should I wait for a PSU with dual 2x4 pin connector for CF R600 or get something decent for now and then upgrade later?

The only PSU I see with dual 2x4 pin is the Silverstone Olympia, which isn't even out yet.
 
The cards will come with adaptors to convert standard 4-pin molex connectors to the new 8-pin PCI-E power connector, similar to how current PCI-E cards come with molex to 6-pin PCI-E adaptors. So you basically would need to concentrate more on the raw power requirements of the card in question which no one but ATI knows for certain right now.

Some people THINK they know - but a lot can change in a few months time.
