its for a game... it records your ip and then only allows one rated name per ip... i wanna have 2 one for me and one for my bro....

Well there's not really any way you could change your IP address since that is assigned by your ISP. If you somehow masked or blocked it then the packets would have no way of getting back to your computer. You might be able to go through a proxy, but I'm not sure if that would work with the ports needed for the game.

only way to do it is to get another IP from your ISP. Most will give you two on a high speed connection, but you have to come out from behind the router.
