App or regedit to spindown SINGLE hard drive?

I have 1 old IDE HD in my system and it makes a slight higher pitch noise when spinning. It has content on it that isn't used very often, but I don't want to pull it out or unplug it and lose the space.

I know Windows has a general setting setting for ALL hard drives to spin them all down, but I am looking for something that will spin down only this noisy drive.

Does anybody know of anything like this?
