I don't see drivers for the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz on their site

I was wondering the card will work in XP 64bit or not.... do any of you have a similar setup?
My shuttle should be here monday so I don't know if I should take out my sound card from my system or just leave it in there and use the onboard audio on the shuttle.
