Hi all. I am in the process of building TEC cooled machine with overclocked AMD Ryzen CPU and want to achieve extremes in overclocking. TEC and CPU will be watercooled in special way. There will be two separate loops.
This is just my plan as I am collecting parts. Cheers

AFAIK TEC's aren't efficient enough any more at the size needed to transfer heat from the smaller dies of today's processors.

Can it be done? Yes.
Is it efficient? No.
Will there be problems if doing it? Probably .. definitley if TEC is below room ambient because you have have condensation issues.

TEC doesn't have to cool to lower than ambient temps. If you keep it around 20C all should be fine.
Below that nice neoprene sheet could help. I wonder if motherboard back should be insulated too
