I there,
i have an amp and 4 speakers that's connected to my computer via a normal 3.5" jack.
I want to get a new Audigy 2 ZS and i'm thinking on getting new amp, 2 hifispeakers and 1 sub.

Do you have any thoughts of what would be a nice buy for amp, speakers and sub? i'm disconnected from the hifi world so i really don't know what to check.

Is there any good website's that review hifi products?

What's your budget, and what sort of setup are you aiming for? What's most important to you? Sound quality, volume, bass detail, etc. Give us a list of things you want this system to acheive, and it would be a lot easier to figure out some recommendations. Also, what previous speakers have you listened to and liked/disliked?

I'd take a look at some web-based stuff myself. For instance, here's a great set of bookshelves:
http://cls.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cls.pl?spkrmoni&1106361789

I'm buying the matching center from him, and he is a nice guy, talked to him several times. I've already got a pair of Ref1's, so no need to buy any more =]

Also, here's a list of web-based retailers that make good products for the money:
www.av123.com
www.svsubwoofers.com [I list these two first, I've had direct experience with both, and their products and customer service is exemplary on both counts]
www.axiomaudio.com
www.audioc.com

Anyways, take a look at their offerings. I can comment on SVS and AV123 stuff, and I know people on the forum also have Axiom gear.

If you want reviews, each site links to reviews, and I can dig up reviews from HTF for a variety of different SVS subs. www.audioreview.com might be a good starting point also. If you have any questions, feel free to ask =]

ok, i want to achieve good sound quality and good bass ( not in volume but in quality and presence ) at low/medium volumes ( can't get high volumes in the house or my girlfriend kills me! eheh )

Where are you located, and what is your budget? Budget is probably the most important part of the equation, as there's no sense in me advising 1500$ monitors if you only want to spend 500$ =] About European markets, I don't have any idea. Most net companies like AV123 and SVS are fine about shipping overseas, but it certainly gets pricey.

1500 is a good budget, there's lots of great options in that range. What sort of sound do you like? Lots of treble energy? Good low-end performance? How about looks?

Describe what your ideal speaker would do for you =]

Anyways, off the top of my head, for 1500 for a 2.1 I'd get this stuff I think:

http://www.av123.com/products_product.php?section=stock&product=15.1
http://www.svsubwoofers.com/subs_pb10_isd.htm
http://www.ac4l.com/Amazing/itemdesc.asp?CartId=1-EVEREST-3601079DXXFR88&ic=MAR+SR4400&tpc=

That combo would really godamn rock for under 1500.

The speakers are on Bstock, and will probably be gone soon, but they show up on Audiogon frequently enough used also.

I would really encourage you to consult some hi-fi people who know more about the European market. Shipping will really eat your budget. As much as I respect AV123 and other U.S.-based internet-direct sellers, I have a hard time believing that there are not competitive European products. You can't listen to shipping and VAT. You should sink it into hardware.

edit:
Try asking around at a UK-based HiFi magforum. At the very least, ask for some tips on other audio sites where some of your fellow countryman hang out, whatever your country is. ;)

GMC is right. Shipping costs overseas will most likely be horrendous, and really tear into you. I doubt too many people here have much knowledge of overseas markets, but you could try asking TheMostWantedPolishTwin. He's from Poland at least =]

If you are curious, I'm sure any US-based company would be fine sending you a shipping quote to wherever you live.

Check your local offerings first. Buying from overseas and realizing you dont like it is probably the worst thing that you dont want to happen to you.
