Anyone Successfully Running SB81P and BFG7900GTX

Hi all,

(Also posted in SFF section as it applies to both SFF and GPU)

I've seen Thors pics and thread:

And I know I can physically fit this beast in my SB81P, but has anyone actually got one of these cards running in their SB81P? Either the BFG or any other brand of 7900GTX.

Did you need to buy a molex Y splitter?

Any info on this would be most welcome.

I have an SN25P (basically the amd ver. of the shuttle series) and have had no problems with a x1900xtx.

I know it's not exactly what you wanted to know but it gives you an idea of what these shuttles can handle.

Thanks - thats handy. My only concern is that the recommended PSU power is a 400w. Obviously ours are 350w, but they're supposed to be very good.

It says here that your GPU is actually more hungry than the 7900gtx - so in theory I should be able to run a 7900gtx no worries. Would you agree?
