Anyone seen a short 90° PCI-E Extension Cable that would fit under a GPU cooler?

I have a NVMe to PCI-E adapter that I'd like to keep using but the PCI-E slot is covered by part of the GPU cooler.
I'm ok with it being in there and not mounted. Not seeing any but just a thought. Small use case I know but it would be nice to keep using the slot.

What's up with the slot of the card?
They make pcie slots mounted to a pcb at 90 degrees that just plug into the motherboard slot. Mostly for 1u servers and such but some are passive so could be used on anything. Some are active (going from different slot type or going to multiple slots)

Thanks for the leads, I may give one a shot. Maybe someone will make a 90° adapter at some point. The RTX 4090 is just too damn wide. It's too bad that water cooling so so expensive now and there is no performance bump.

I wish you could get just the card in a simple brown box for like $200 less and add the cooler you want.

I had to slide the 5.25" bay out just to get it in. It's getting crazy.
