Anyone know of a free and trusted IMEI tracker?

Ordered a new phone from scAmazon, shipped to their Hub Lockers before Xmas 2022 and all that was left in the package was the empty phone box.
Getting tired of the sheriff office taking their time with the report.
Not interested in getting the phone back and just want a refund.
Just curious on it's whereabouts.
Don't want to blindly give out the numbers so whomever has it is warned law enforcement involved.
