Anyone here use Satellite with their PC LCD?

I was thinking of picking up the new Dell http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9047541&type=product&id=1218012053333 . But I want to connect my Satellite service to it. Since the satellite reciever has HDMI and the Dell only VGA/DVI, would using a HDMI to DVI cord work? Anyone use their PC LCD as their TV? My second choice is the new BenQ 2200HDA. Thoughts and opinions appreciated!

You'll need a reciever with HDMI passthrough to be able to hear it unless the satellite box has an alternate audio feed.

It should be fine. DVI / HDMI are bidirectional.
You are wise to look for absolute confirmation though.
I'm feeding satellite via HDMI to my TV while using optical out from the satellite to my AV amp.
So if HDMI to DVI is confirmed to work ok, you will be fine for 5.1 audio if you have SPDIF or Optical out from the sat receiver.
