We applied it to 4000+ PC's and we are experiencing some issues with folks using intranet websites that use Mixed Mode security...
The settings in IE are set to "enable" which shouldn't prompt them to click OK to display the page, but it is anyways. I had to completely default those security zones, delete the intranet defined sites AND delete it from the registry under HKLM\Software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\Internet settings\zonemap
Then re-add the intranet site and re-enable "mixed mode" and tried the site again, and it worked.
We had 2 apps that were having this problem, but not all of the PC's that got the patch were having the problems. VERY wierd...
