Anyone have experience with the 8KNXP gigabyte

I'm trying to install windows on my Raid set up it keeps on saying it can't find the drives even after I updated the bios and gave it the correct adapter ICH5R driver it asks when installing. Anyone else have this problem or a solution.
The serail ata drives are found by both the utility and the bios as actual drives in striped raid 0.

Does anyone know the difference between the Gigabyte 8KNXP version change 1.0 to 2.0.. I got a refurb from newegg thinking it was a good deal and it was but not if they made huge revisions and the new board is tons better....
