Anyone else getting a corrupted Windows 7 driver download from AMD for x470 motherboards?

Chipset -> AM4 -> X470 -> Windows 7 64-bit

Says download is 50mb I only get 16 the file tells me I need 32 or 64 bit windows and you can't open the archive with 7zip.

Anyone else getting that?
