Anybody running a passive setup on their E8400? (ex: Mini Ninja)

Looking at getting a Scythe Mini Ninja for my E8400 and running it passively for my HTPC setup. My Silverstone HTPC case has 2 80mm fans in the back directly behind the CPU, and it's receiving air from a 92mm intake up front.

Have one running with a passive all copper cooler.That thing is heavy though.

Keeps my E8400 in the upper 40's idle and upper 70's under 100% load.
Modded mini-ITX case has only light airflow from one slow 120mm fan in front.
So yes it works.

What's an acceptable temperature for 100% load?

Ok I just tried it out with the Mini Ninja and e8400 @ 3.6ghz and I got 40C idle and 74C under 100% load. Does that sound too hot? I'm gonna put the fan on the heatsink for now until I do a little more research.

For passive I think 75C is completely acceptable... I know some people are content with that even with heatsinks...

These processors won't shut off the computer till 95-100C
