there are similar allegations about a lot of software. when vista came out, and even more so with 7, people alledged there were backdoors built into bitlocker. there is really no way to proving either side of the accusation; if it were false, how does the government prove that it didnt do something? if it were true, why would they admit to it? round and round it goes...
