I'm running the following:

AMD64 X2 4200+
ASUS A8N SLI Premium
MSI 7800GTX
2 Sata 120gig HD's
Sony DVD Burner
Audigy 2 ZS Gamer

So can you guys recommend any GOOD PS's for that setup?

Preferrably under 150...I'd like to be able to overclock....needs to be SLI capable and preferable 2 Rails.

Well that leaves the field wide open. Seasonic s12 600w, Antec TruePower II 550w or True Control II 550w, or if you can find one in the FS/FT forum a PC Power and Cooling 510SLI. These will all be overkill initially and the Antec's will be ht cheapest but the Seasonic will be the quietest and most efficent.

and the PCP&C with the tightest specs and highest power quaility

the SLi certified list
http://www.slizone.com/object/slizone_build.html

Antec TPII-550
Antec TP2550EPS12V
Antec TrueControl II 550
Enermax EG701AX Noisetaker 600W
PC Power & Cooling Turbo-Cool® 510 SLI (510ATX-PFC)
PC Power & Cooling Turbo-Cool® 850 SLI (850ETX-PFC)
Seasonic S12-600 Watt
Silverstone ST65ZF 650W

as a note the PCP&C 510 is a single +12V rail ATX12V v1.3 hybrid
a point that is nearly totally meaningless is a supply that regulates its load to 1% or less
the rest are either ATX12V v2.01 or EPS12V supplies
the PCP&C 850 being a true split plane EPS12V (w\ 4x+12V rails)
EPS12V models will have an 8 pin auxillary +12V mobo connector
some of the ATX12V models may have one as an option, the 8 pin can be employed directly on a 4 pin mobo if there is clearence, (there are strong rumors the next ATX12V spec will adopt the 8 pin to power PCI-E 150W)

all will have a 24 pin main connector and 2 dedicated PCI-E 6 pin video connectors
