Any reason either of these would be a bad choice?

Building a system based on the Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 mobo. Going to have an FX-8120 cpu with max ram loaded onto the board. Need a video card and am looking at the following:

EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

or

HIS H675F1GD Radeon HD 6750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

The system will primarily be used for ESXi but will be dual-booting to Windows 7 to edit video with Sony Movie Studio. Don't plan on doing any gaming, just work. Either looks to be a good choice but thought I'd check with the masters before ordering.

After rebate you can get a 7770 for $10 more and it will destroy both of those cards.

Plus you get a free game...

Edit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150560 Hell, after rebate the 6770 is the same price as the 6750. it's a no brainer.
