Any real difference ASUS P8Z77-V and PRO

Is there any real difference between ASUS P8Z77-V and V PRO? I didn't find any real difference. 2 more usb ports, nothing important.
Also the V Gene has better Audio but no real other difference?

I can go ASUS P8Z77-V and will have no regrets and no problems compered to the other two?


It will be used for GTX 670 SLI and 3570K CPU and a little overclock around 4.5.

The pro has more power phases, but that really shouldn't make any difference. You'll hit thermal limits of the CPU before the power limits of either board.

Yes thanks, heard about the phases, so there is no other difference and i am going with the V.
