Did you already try replacing the original fans in the case with something else? And, if so, have you already tried running them at full speed?
I replaced all the original fans with some Cooler Master ARGB 140mm fans, and installed an extra one at the top as exhaust (to mimic the configuration of my previous Cosmos II). Problem is, when I run the fans at full speed I start hearing a strange noise from the top fan - the noise goes away if I remove the top cover with the really nice patterns.
Seems to me like the patterns in the cover are causing some kind of turbulence when the fan is running at max speed, thus causing the noise (if I put a piece of paper above the cover, covering only the rear half of the fan, the noise also goes away, which is why I think it's turbulence).
Anyone else experiencing this?
