any one ever used this motherboard?

ASrock is the cheaper branded Asus boards... it should be fine but I would go with a different brand if you are going for a high overclock.
 
expect limited OC options, as for ASrock in general I used a ton (50+) of them, couple of intel LGA775 versions, for a customer over the course of a year and never got a bad board and have not had one fail yet, oldest going for about 2 years now. I was pretty impressed/
 
See if you can get some bios images off of their website (check the pdf manual), or see if you can get some pics of the actual bios screens off of another website. It should tell you what kind of options you have in terms of voltage. More voltage options mean more flexibility with OCing. I think you'd be fine with the "little" OCing you describe in the OP.
