any good opensource web based timesheet programs?

Hi, i was wondering if you guys know of any good open source time sheet apps that can run off a webserver? I am looking for something simple where a user can manually input the hours they worked each day and some notes on what they did and then have a administrator be able to log in and retreive the timesheets of each user.

I've used PHP Timeclock before with some success. The dated production release (from 2006) is a little rough and I heavily modified it for use, but it is pretty functional out of the box. The new release candidates for the 2.0 release are pretty decent and probably production ready given enough testing by you. Check out phptimeclock.com and timeclock.sourceforge.net for more info.
