Any chance of OLED displays going 120+ hz input from PC in the future?

By now LG have already missed the opportunity to make OLED a big technology replacement market, probably they've had hopes to get plenty of TV panel orders from their competitors but it didn't happen (deliberate isolation, when you're not confident to win on a budding market the best strategy is to not help the #1 idiot become stronger), then they've freaked out and probably won't make any significant R&D and manufacturing efforts in regards to computer monitors.
So don't get your hopes up, OLED monitors will remain very niche, and gaming-oriented ones will stay in the unicorn category.

Samsung *plans* to introduce QLED to the mass market in 2019.
That's almost three more years for LG, maybe they'll come up with something in the meantime.

The fact that Dell is going to release this shows that the panels will exist, others can probably release (at least a similarly expensive) display as well. Really, the best chance for an affordable display (compared to these monitors) would be for a 2017 LG TV with 120hz input, but don't hold your breath.

I don't see an LG having an actual 120Hz mode, even just @1080p.

Vizio yes, but they're too cheap to offer OLED.
Sony also could, but there's no way they'll buy LG's OLED panels.

I agree with you there'll be maybe acouple of products similar to that super expensive Dell, maybe a few more in the broadcast/pro realm at even higher prices, but that'll be it.
