Any benchmarks with the 6800LE in it?

I'm referring to the REAL '6800 LE' (the 8-pipe card), not the eVGA 'LE' card.

I've heard good things about it, but have no firsthand experience. Just send a 5900XT off to XFX for RMA (dead as a doornail), and I understand they are sending 6800LEs back as replacements.

Kinda wondering if anyone has done a 'roundup' of them, or otherwise compared them against other contemporary cards.

Thoughts?

That's the only one I've seen so far. Compares a 6600GT, 6800LE, and X800SE.

from what i hear LE is mainly europe. but le can be unlocked in some instances. so it can have 12 or even 16 pipes if youre really lucky

Hmmm....well, not a lot of info. I'm actually more interested to see how it stacks up to the older GeForceFX 5900s, but.....well, I suppose we'll see.

No way of knowing if that's what XFX would even send me. Dunno.

It's supposedly a bit faster than the 9800XT which means it's most likely faster than 5950 and so on.
