should be fine but why go so cheap with a nice system like that? apparently you don't care about modularity so any of these will do for barely more cash:

that would be fine overclocked. people tend to really overestimate how much power a system uses...
 

The Earthwatts is substantially less XD. AFter rebate of course :rolleyes:
 
I'm planning on using it in a similiar rig to Ang, but with an 8800GTS, 1 SATA DVD DVD-RW, 2x2gb of ram, and an overclocked e8400. According to eXtreme's PSU calculator, I'll be well within the power this PSU will provide.
