Cool! :)

Nice Unreal fan grill... and nice hardware too.

Hope to show mine too, soon.

What tools did you use to cut the fan holes? Also is a 60mm fan the biggest you could fit at front botom of the case?

bad ass, i'm definitely going to get this case and modding it

great project

Nice Qpack. The pc tote was a great addition. Much better position for lifting the case. Thanks for the pics.

my question is what power supply are you using in that rig. Looks sweet let me know I am still stuck with debating on a good power supply or using the stock power supply

Wow, that is REALLY tight.

I remember reading an article somewhere that says the stock PSU only outputs around 320w, so a new PSU would be wise.

Most PSUs (or at least all the ones I have used) have exhaust fans, so just flip the input ike everyone has said. If no one has told you to take off the stupid metal stuff (like the grill built into the case) off yet, do it and get an aftermarket grill or filter. That will increase airflow by far.

Blowholes. I don't know how effective a bottom blowhole would be, but putting as little as one 120mm blowhole on either the side (below and behind the PSU) or on the other side below the hard drives (not sure if an 80mm would fit, but try it at least. You can buy a holesaw that will work well from Home Depot, and you could get a filter like these: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=92&products_id=2275 , they look good.

Any way you go, good luck.

Thanks! I thought about cutting out the 120mm grill but couldn't find a UT Logo in 120mm size ;) And yeah that 60mm fan, I think didn't help much at all.....EZ

It's a PC tote from PC tote.com, ( http://www.pctote.com/index.htm ) It's for a tower case ( which is to long ) and I just cut it to fit. I have 1 extra if your interested, $13.00 shipped, LMK ....EZ
So, would you recommend it to all qpack owners?

I know that some of us don't use the built in handle, and currently I use an oversized dufflebag to carry it. Does the straps slip when you move it?

This tote doesn't slip at all, and it's moved every weekend. It's solid. If there is any problem with it, it's having to take it off to get inside the box, but not a big deal to me at all. Very highly recommended to all Qpack owners :D EZ

What are your temps at Idle and under Load with that setup?

With the included 2 temp probes on the Qpack ( 1 on the CPU & the other on the video cards GPU... )

My temps at idle are : CPU 25C & GPU 23C

And at load are : CPU 43C & GPU 45C ( this is after 5+ hours of BF2 ;) )

I think reversing the 120mm fan, adding the 80mm fan and the northbridge fan has helped alot. The 60mm fan on the bottom seems to have no affect.

Hope this helps. Laters! EZ
