Tried it and couldnt get it to work, hence my question here.
Then try and be more concise when asking for help in the future, rather than possibly wasting someones time. Your question was posted as someone who took no time to understand how an app works and needed to be spoon fed.
Well, thx for taking the time for responding. In the future, plz dont respond to any of my threads as there is no need in being so rude. Well, as far as I know, there is only one that might work and that's helium coz all of the other apps dont back up adddata.
Not rude, just pointing out facts. and since this is a public forum I'll post where I see fit; and really the same could be said of your response to me, but you see, I didn't take offense.
Now, for someone who's looking for help/advise, I'll offer you this, and point out what's missing from your post. 1. what phone 2. what version of android and most importantly, 3. what have you found for yourself and had work and not work, etc. You see, these things help others help you.
I dare you to go over to XDA and post something like this, you'll get roasted. Lastly, from looking at your only other post, it seems you don't understand how google works either.
I don't understand the OP's confusion. Helium on the phone and Helium Desktop on the PC makes this pretty simple.
Also, John S, had you approached this like "here is the application I have, here are the steps I tried and this is the problem i'm having with it", instead of "How do I do this basic thing", people would have likely been more receptive.Point taken
